How to do it

Lying on your back, hold a single-leg glute bridge with the pelvis stable while pressing a kettlebell from the chest to full extension with one hand, then lowering it. Integrates isometric glute control with pressing, strengthening anti-rotation core stability and hip-shoulder coordination. Suitable for swimming, rugby, basketball, combat sports and athletics.

Pause, scrub or watch full screen. Video narration and captions are in Chinese.
