How to do it

Train in a split stance with the front and back legs at roughly 90 degrees, driving the movement mainly through the front leg. This strengthens the hamstrings, glutes and posterior chain, and improves acceleration, deceleration and single-leg strength. Suitable for sprinting, basketball, football, rugby and similar sports.

Pause, scrub or watch full screen. Video narration and captions are in Chinese.
