How to do it

Jump over a mini hurdle with both feet and land, then immediately jump 90° directly to the side, moving straight sideways rather than on a diagonal, then quickly go forward over the next hurdle. Combining forward, lateral and change-of-direction jumping patterns, this exercise develops lower-body power, multidirectional movement, change-of-direction reactions and body control. Suitable for sports with frequent changes of direction and fast movement, such as basketball, badminton, tennis, football and fencing.
